MentorRobin J. Wade is a conservative Christian of 32 years. She is a mother, a grandmother, and a retired Registered Nurse who worked in Maine, New York, and Florida. When she moved from Maine to Florida, after her divorce, this was the beginning of her journey and relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ. She always knew God existed, but never understood how prayer worked, that God actually speaks, that it’s a two way communication. She was raised in a United Methodist church but it was when she started going to a Southern Baptist church in the early nineties that her faith grew exponentially. She was baptized with her two youngest daughters and her oldest was baptized a year later. Since then, Robin has moved back to New Hampshire to help her second daughter with three of her youngest grandchildren for the last ten years. She has traveled to England, Israel, parts of Canada, most of the United States, including living in Alaska for 6 years as a child and Okinawa for 6 months. While in Israel on a tour, Robin was rebaptized in the Jordan river - one of her highest moments in her walk with Christ. She has many testimonies of events in her life that God has brought her through and would love to share, but also willing to listen to others. She met Merzamie, two years ago in an international bible study called BSF. They became friends and as Merzamie shared about her ministry, Robin became very interested in the mentoring program. She strictly goes by what the Bible has to say about living in today's society but has learned so much about loving everyone where they are and helping them grow in the knowledge and understanding of our Lord & Savior Jesus Christ.
