july art: "peaceful isolation"

By RUXANDRA IONCE | July 31, 2020
Isolation can be contemplative, peaceful, pleasant. God gave us the gift of imagination to use it according to Philippians 4:8 and fill our minds with beautiful and noble things. We do not suffer more today because our problems are greater than before. Instead, we suffer because the world is too loud and we lose control of the things we let in.

JUNE ART: ACQUIRE WISDOM

By RUXANDRA IONCE | June 30, 2020
It is wisdom that is promised to us in great abundance and without measure, as long as we are determined soldiers with minds set on our glorious duty and honor our Father's commands in full trust (James 1:5).

may ART: "THE RIGHTEOUS MAN WILL FLOURISH LIKE THE PALM TREE”

By RUXANDRA IONCE | May 10, 2020
The righteous man is the one who believes and obeys, a man in whom God finds great pleasure. He is always green and full of life even in the heat of the desert sun, his fruit is sweet, his stature graceful and pleasant for the eye.

February ART: "peace of mind"

By RUXANDRA IONCE | February 29, 2020
It is true that fear plays an important role in keeping us away from danger and acting in a preservative manner. However it is not a place of residence.

January art: "Your youth is renewed like the eagle's"

By RUXANDRA IONCE | January 15, 2020
Just like the eagles, we are not bound to, nor restricted by, earthly things. We are always above circumstances, soaring on the wings of faith towards the Sun of our salvation.

By RUXANDRA IONCE | November 25, 2019
This illustration is a visual representation of the passage from 2 Corinthians 4:8-9, which so clearly portrays the Christian in the arena of life: "We are afflicted in every way, but not crushed;..."

october art: "vigil"

By RUXANDRA IONCE | October 1, 2019
The door in the back can be interpreted in a number of ways - one way being a gesture towards continuity: the church still continues to exist and is always open despite division, despite secularism, and despite persecution.
